Inquire about Managed End-User


Managed End User provides proactive monitoring, management and support of end user devices.

This service is available at a number of levels.

Workstation Monitoring

Monitoring:
Monitoring of workstation performance (CPU, memory and Disk). Regular monitoring of supported antivirus signatures on workstations included in the schedule of supported devices and forced distribution of signature updates as recommended by the antivirus vendor.

Patch Monitoring:
To ensure the automated application of monthly security patches is functioning. Microsoft supported versions of Microsoft Operating Systems as recommended by Microsoft.

Monthly Reporting:
Inclusion of end user device availability and performance with Totality report.

Documentation:
Maintaining end user workstation and networked printer documentation to reflect the current state.

 

Workstation Remediation
Requires the Workstation Monitoring Service. At this level all service requests are logged by a specified customer contact.

Onsite and Remote Support:
The provision of Onsite and Remote support for the base workstation operating system. Applies only to versions supported by the vendor

Patching:
Apply monthly security patches on Microsoft supported versions of Microsoft Operating Systems as recommended by Microsoft

Hardware Remediation:
The resolution of hardware related problems and the facilitation of warranty replacement parts

Core Application Support:
includes the support of standard applications that are normally installed on workstation devices (e.g. Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader, JRE etc)

 

User Services
Requires the Workstation Monitoring and Remediation Service

User Helpdesk:
At this level all users are able to contact the DTSL service desk directly

3rd party Applications:
The support of specified 3rd party applications that have appropriate vendor service agreements in place

 

Installation and Migration Services
Requires the Workstation Monitoring and Remediation Service

Profile Management:
The management and support of user workstation profiles

Build Automation:
The development of a workstation build process to ensure a standard workstation image is applied to the network

Workstation Deployment:
The deployment of new workstation hardware as per Build Automation process.

 

Installation and Migration Services
Requires the Workstation Monitoring and Remediation Service

Hardware:
The provision of suitable workstation hardware (Hardware as a Service) included in the monthly services fee. A minimum term will apply to this service.

Managed Workstation Deployment

The Managed Workstation Deployment service from DTSL ensures that things are done properly every time. By having a well-defined process we ensure that all of your business applications are installed and work correctly.

You can choose to purchase this service each time a workstation is deployed or build it into your Totality Managed Service Program.
