iPhone Repairs & Service
If your iPhone fault is covered by the Apple warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law, there’s no charge. This does not include accidental damage and fees will apply.
If your iPhone was damaged and you don’t have AppleCare+, your repair might vary, depending on the type of repair required and up to the out-of-warranty fees below (See “Other damage”).
If we need to replace your iPhone, the replacement will be new or equivalent to new.
Phone repair turn-around times may vary between models so please contact us if you would like to know more about theexpected time your repair may take. Your iPhone will usually need to be assessed by our technicians for eligibility for display replacement and battery replacement (ie Third party parts fitted, other damage etc).
If we need to send your iPhone to you, freight fees will apply.
AppleCare+ for iPhone
If your iPhone was damaged and you have registered the device with AppleCare+, it includes two incidents of accidental damage that can be used to cover screen repairs or other types of damage to your device (eg. damaged rear glass or liquid damage etc)
Each incident is subject to a service fee of NZ$49 for screen damage, or NZ$169 for any other damage. If you don’t have AppleCare+, you’ll pay the “Other damage”/out-of-warranty fee for the repair or replacement.
