DTSL is a recognised Apple Authorised Service Provider for all Apple iOS and Mac OSX devices, a product line that we’ve proudly supported for over 20 years around New Zealand. With this comes expertise and excellence second to none. Our Certified technicians are up to date with all new Apple technology and will always provide you with professional service.

We provide support and technical guidance to meet the needs of our clientele by looking after Apple warranty and non-warranty repairs.

We also have an expert Apple sales team who can assist you with any purchasing of Apple products and accessories.

Repairs & Pricing

There’s no charge if the issue is covered under warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law. If your issue isn’t covered, the price will vary depending on the type of repair.

iOS device service fee/iOS software restore $49
Mac OS software (upgrade or reinstall $95
Insurance inspection and damage report $95
Time Machine back up setup $95
Labour per hour $144.90
Data transfer/data recovery per hour $144.90 (minimum)

*Service fees are for any devices that are not covered under warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law

*Prices are GST inclusive. Prices are subject to change and/or re-quote. Prices will vary depending on the type of repair and parts required. Payment is to be received prior to repairs where applicable or prior to goods returned

Before you bring in your device for repair

“Find my Device/Find my iPhone” must be turned off prior to service for all Apple devices. You can do this on your iPhone or Mac under the iCloud settings or remotely

Back up your device prior to service with iCloud or with your computer/HDD.
